      There are no pros. Whilst the care homes may have a different work set up, some of the team at central support are awful.

      Cons

      Horrific Management and Culture The positive reviews are inaccurate, most likely reviewed by SLT staff. The company actually feels more like a cult, it should focus mainly on resident care yes but the facade they are great and care about the team members is a no.
