      You have a job just cause

      Your on call for 12 hrs and dont start til you get called, theres days i dont work at all & days where i work and barely get 6 hrs

      Pros

      They work with all schedules and the supervisor is very understanding and works with your schedule great for me because I’m a fulltime student.

      Cons

      Your on call 24/7 when you do work so the hours are scattered
