Ridiculous - Anonymous employee Hallcon Employee Review

Our first day was 8 hours of training riding around in van in a train yard when it was -30 outside. At the end of this eight hours we were activated immeditaly. Within 2 minutes one of the guys I trained with had to pick up a train crew 4 hours away - so he would be gone another 8 hours if everything went perfect. Myself and another guy quit on the spot, that was ridiculous.
