older people here have a huge issue with younger staff members, especially ones that are accomplished
microagressions out of this world for poc
lots of upkeeping the status quo, nothing new or innovative (the commissions do not like doing new things)
HR does nothing to resolve issues (you're more likely to be fired than actually have your issues resolved, ask anyone who worked on the 3rd floor)
drive is no bueno if you don't live in the immediate area
