Very good bank in Türkiye

Nothing i can say on cons.. Everything is good

The majority of IT teams work from home in a comfortable environment, with only senior management required to visit the company. The camaraderie is excellent and enjoyable, and while most are state-owned, it operates like a private bank. The best part is that, unlike other institutions, the staff consists of honest and decent people, not those who are constantly trying to pull your leg.

There is no fair performance evaluation system.
