      Pros

      This company makes you feel more like a family than just work colleagues. There is much room to grow, learn, and develop your role within the company. The management is more than supportive of doing so with real recognition for your achievements.

      Cons

      More female leaders/managers would be great to see within the future of the company.

      Pros

      The people are good people, but after losing their leadership its not really going anywhere.

      Cons

      Whatever they share with you is just lip service, with no substance or backed up with any real evidence. There is no genuine interest to grow what they do or create better opportunities for people, just a case of come in, bill and dont cost us money, which I just business, but many other business have that goal but help you enjoy your time there and give you things to work towards.
