Back to school rules - Anonymous employee Halian Employee Review

It is very difficult to work for Halian, over the years with them i have watched great talents leave due to absolute rude, disgraceful behavior by higher management who unfortunately treats their employee as they are back to school. Don't eat by your desk, you are late for 1min, why do you pee too often, stop removing your shoes under your desk.. WHY YOU LOOK SO HAPPY? Halian does give you great experience when it comes to work, you learn a lot and you do have great exposure in business which is a great factor. However is it really worth is if the management will micromanage you every day? That is the question everyone should ask before joining.
