Only the owner knows what's best leaving no room for challenge or alternative views--meaning no room to do your job or grow. Expectations far bigger than resources (good luck getting paid!). Culture is blame only rather than solutions focused. Brand narrative not even close to reality.

Essentially none; occasionally interesting clients

A terrible culture with incredibly high turnover. Management are slow witted, incompetent and inconsiderate. The company supports top few, while systemically abusing the rights of junior staff. Downright illegal working practises at points. Poor pay, zero benefits of value. Products are terribly made and not worth even close to what they charge, so staff totally lack motivation. One of the worst places I have worked - avoid at all costs!
