Halaxy is an amazing place to work. Office location is A+. Being part of the tech team, they are actively building out the team and provide you with opportunities to grow professionally. Halaxy is a very powerful system, so getting stuck into the codebase can be quite daunting at first but there is always someone you can reach out to and they give you tasks which ease you into the development process. Team building and food are important here - big emphasis on food! Really great environment to work in overall.

It's a 9 hour work day (pro - it's a 1 hour paid lunch break) so some days it can be quite tiring depending on your commute to the office, but this con is easily outweighed by the pros :-)

Flexible WFH days and lots of multi-cultural celebrations throughout the year. Food is a big part of the culture at Halaxy and everyone is treated to free gourmet lunches every Thursday in addition to a generous helping of snacks and sweets! There is also a clear sense of community as birthdays, milestones and achievements are always celebrated together. Mental health is a clear priority here with employees receiving free certifications and training to help others as well. Great pay with consistent salary reviews which also includes a very generous parental leave pay for non-birthing parents. The Halaxy software is always improving with big strides in AI and integrations. This makes it a very exciting place to grow and learn with amazing team members and equally supportive leadership as well.
