      Improved presentation skills, great company overall to work for. We were also compensated for 3 months that we didn't work due to COIVID.

      Cons

      Very few cons, one being that the tour center closed permanently due to coronavirus.

      Pros

      Leadership is so incompetent you can get away with doing no work. Zero accountability. If your goal is to collect a paycheck without producing any results this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior leadership team. They’re only focused on protecting their own jobs. Worked with senior teams for 20 years and celestial are the most incompetent I’ve ever worked with.
