No matter what job you have, you will spend 95% of you time tracking orders and trying to explain supply chain issues. Lack of transparency and cut throat environment. Blaming culture. 0 strategic thinking. This is NOT a consumer centric organization. Lack of authenticity and genuine dialogues. Lack of trust and management by fear. Everyone just trying to stay afloat (until they find something better). Your work will never be valued. Complain and you will be fired.
