No growth opportunity, no structure in sales organization - everything is chaotic and there is no processes and mandates for anything. Not preaching what they are selling. Not using their own solution for the company to better onboardings for example. NO diversity whatsoever, each employee is a copy paste.

Everyone at the company shows heart, takes responsibility, and stays agile. I feel this in everything we do, celebrating every success while also embracing the space for mistakes and learning opportunities.

Things can happen or change really fast sometimes, as at which scale-up company . It’s fun!
