Great culture and work environment with direct employees
Cons
Management needs some serious work. No communication, no coaching, and no actual idea of what is going on. As an employee I came to them and expressed what I was going through at home and apologized if I had not been up to my normal standard which is above and beyond, and instead got penalized by being fired on the spot with out any idea it was going to happen.
