Pros
Hadrian has a fresh and unique view on attack surface management which leads to interesting technical challenges to solve. We work together in 2 main technical teams to build the entire solution for the product. The colleagues and atmosphere is great and you get enough agency to come up with your own solutions or contributions to the product. We get regular updates on the status of the company from the leadership team and celebrate our successes.
Cons
The tech team is far away from the actual customer, so getting to see how your product is actually used can be a challenge, which sometimes leads to sub-optimal or, to the customer, incomplete features. There have been talks about improving this and getting the tech team a bit more involved in the customer communication/experience, but not a lot has been actually done in this area yet.
