- Leaders are not able to decide what to build next and how to compete in the market. - The company has been going in losses for a couple of years and product management and engineering management have no clue how to retain existing customers. - They change their focus every quarter. Sometimes, they try to build new products but later stop them. - CEO has a lot of ambitions that can not be converted into reality due to weak leadership.
