Pros
The team great work ethic and are supportive of each other, weathering a lot of internal changes and a very tough market. Flexibility at work is available to most, and the health cash plan is a nice touch!
Cons
It's great to see investment in management training and employee policies being reviewed and changed to take care of the people - it would be beneficial to continue the workplace environment using trust, enhanced leave days (e.g. parental leave, for learning and development, etc.), a more comfortable office arrangement for the team, and making sure that people take well-deserved holidays as and when required to avoid burnout.
