Highly toxic behaviour by managers and employees who are sitting there from ages. No support from immediate leads. Leads are puppets and want to keep other leads' happy. No scope of growth. One sided reviews- in the name of 360° review they are torturing the employees who joins newly and want to bring some valuable changes. If an employee tries to bring new and efficient ways of working, it offends the other puppets (so called leads)who in turn, provides bad reviews to the manager who blindly believes them and blame you. Your manager won't judge you for your work and capabilities but he will compare with others and force you to do how the other old guy is doing. In Sydney team most guys are sitting from ages and they think stuff should happen according to them. Some of these guys don't know how to talk, even in daily meetings. Lose their temper, speak with arrogance. Your manager will ask you to just adjust with such behaviours as the other guy is like that. It shows that there is no anti harassment policy implemented. No diversity in the team. Ruled by one particular ethnic group, which creates a gang culture. All the team parties and outings too takes place in Eastwood, Burwood etc. Gossiping culture.
