Remote work, building rapport with clients, opportunities for growth are available, paid holidays off. I genuinely loved working for this company and speaking with our clients on a daily basis.

I would say the KPIs, standard operating procedures and performance metrics were always a work in progress so it could be a little confusing at times. But what workplace isn’t always evolving for the better.
