Pros

The free coffee & hot chocolate at the lobby area. Some staff are genuinely caring people, and talented.

Cons

- Really poor communications within the organisation - I was assigned a mentor upon joining, but he was incredibly busy with no time to guide me or at the very least give some meaningful work to do - Literally sat at my office desk 8hrs a day, 5 days a week for 3 months, with nothing to do. I took up my own learning, reviewing company project reports, learning softwares through beginner's manual, and learned some design through educational material that one staff had the kindness to hand over to me. - Office politics also send very negative vibes within the workplace, some staff looking down on one another, not being supportive. Bosses not acknowledging other's achievements. - Complete waste of time for an intern

Pros

Chance to get involve in mega projects. Mostly everyone are willing to teach and guide juniors (like I mentioned in the title tho). Used to be an old school type of engineering design (using excel sheets) but is gradually making progress in venturing into advance software learning.

Cons

Not much is covered for medical coverage (no dental and optic). No steady increments (or bonus). The usual task distribution problems faced by certain individuals (depends on the division's respective head).
