      Colleagues are generally friendly and helpful. No workplace politics. Many trainings and learning opportunities provided. Good work-life balance. Flexible wfh policy.

      Cons

      Project-based company, a bit difficult to stay in touch with more colleagues. Sometimes not enough work for low-level employees.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
