a decent amount of allowance + perks as per Govt. rule good working culture decent salary and will increase after 7th pay scale
Cons
No stability as the work will complete, they will send you to another place until or unless you are working at the head office. Poor HR dept. response as the employer is less Site office is far from the main city so daily up-down
