No pros as such , treats like slave.
Cons
No Advance for business tours , first you have to spent then submit bills , after that , they will deduct money and clear bill after several follow ups. No holidays except maharashtra festival. Bonus & Perks are miniscule. But top management got BMW & cash rewards. Every month , be present at Pune office to be grilled and humiliation. Worst senior management.
