Pros

HRS Invictus truly develops you as a person! The amount of skills you learn such as the interpersonal skills, a stronger mindset, importance of teamwork, team management, leadership qualities and what it takes for you to become a top manager of your own sales and marketing company, are just some of the many great skills you learn within the company. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to join such a rapidly growing business, where the only focus is to continually progress and better yourself and others around you. Within this company you control how successful you are. Which other company puts the power in your hands to get promoted, be successful and reach management? There's no other company like it.

Cons

Hours were slightly longer than what I was used to.

Pros

The only pro i can think of is maybe if you’re an unconfident person this work place could possibly improve your confidence.

Cons

1: The company is not transparent about your pay or salary!! You sign a fake contract with everything made up to get you in the company! 2: They expect you to work 12 hour shift with 30min lunch break!!! 3: This is a field work. But the funny thing is THEY WILL NOT STATE THIS ON THE CONTRACT OR DURING THE PROCESS!!! (You will be in for a big surprise on your first day of work) 4: 90% of their offices DOES NOT have any facilities!! They expect you to run down the local cafe or restaurant to use their toilets! 5: Working hours are 9:00am-9pm (including weekends) After work they expect you to attend social events and dinners which is at your own expense to meet the ‘big people in the game’. 6: They say they will pay you big money including commissions on the sales you make by the end of each week....guess what? There will be no such thing. They will continue to make excuses each week 😂 7: You are expected you finance yourself for the expense of the company! 8: They send you out to different locations EVERY SINGLE DAY and expect you to pay for the travel!! You’re looking to pay roughly £20 each day to go out on the fields doing 12 hour shifts!!

Pros

There are none. Its easy to get hired by them.

Cons

They invite you to a short first interview where they convince you that theyre looking for managers. They then invite you to an "open day" where you shadow one of the managers who does door-to-door sales for the entire day. In the beginning they tell you that you will be a manager, and they lure you in by talking big words. They convince you that youre being assessed when in reality they'll take anyone and they wont even listen to what youre saying even though they pretend to. Eventually you find out that your job is to be a door to door salesman with the hope that you may become a manager one day if you last. But most people dont so they keep recruiting cheap new labour. Also on the open day they'll even take you to location where theyll do door to door sales and they wont even pay for your ticket or offer you food. On the train they'll talk to you about business and sell you dreams. They'll tell you that what you'll see today isnt what they want you to do as a job, they want office managers! Eventually this plot gradually starts to change all while you're worried about being accepted by them and you find yourself working as a door to door salesmen for them in return for minimum wage.

Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry that you felt that you had a negative experience working with our company. We hope to create an environment in which all of our staff feel like they are growing and being nurtured in a positive environment. We would love to hear more about your experience if you would like to get in touch, as we did notice that you mentioned being an employee, but didn't say much about the job itself, just the interview. To address a couple of the points you did mention, firstly, we clearly do not 'take anyone' when it comes to hiring. There are plenty of reviews on this site from people who were not offered positions, so that doesn't quite add up if that were the case. On our shadowing day, we do ask people to follow one of our managers around and get a feel for the job, but we don't ask candidates to do any work. It's simply an observation, which we believe is important for the candidate to understand the role. We don't think it's too much of an imposition, seeing as the candidate does not have to actually do anything., but we appreciate that it may be a bit of a time commitment for someone who is not that motivated about the job. We wish you the best of luck in your job search, and thanks for working with us.
