Pros

Excellent experience over my career with HRN. - Outstanding training and support from the start with 121s and shadowing, the whole team welcome you with open arms including the Directors. - Great team events and incentives on offer - Very rewarding working with clients / candidates in the healthcare industry where you are making a difference. - HRN will help to train you from scratch with no experience and offer progression opportunities that are tailored to each individuals goals / aspirations. - You put in the effort and the reward will come as well as be noticed.

Cons

- Recruitment is not easy you have to work hard and take the wins with the loses. - Sometimes you can get ahead of yourself when making placements that fall through but this is part of the life as a recruiter!

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience working with HRN for the last 6 years! We are thrilled to hear that you had such a positive journey with us and that you found our training, support, and team environment to be so rewarding. We strive to foster a welcoming atmosphere and it's great to hear that our efforts are reflected in your experience. We're also pleased that you appreciated the personal development opportunities we provide and the fulfilling work within the healthcare sector. Your dedication and hard work are truly valued, and we’re glad to know you felt recognised for your efforts. Recruitment certainly comes with its challenges, as you’ve mentioned, but it's encouraging to see how you've embraced both the highs and lows, plus supporting the team with this. Your understanding of the process and perseverance speaks volumes. We wish you continued success in your career and appreciate your kind words about the management team. Warm regards, HRN team

Pros

Offer one if the highest housing stipends and work with many large institutions.

Cons

Not available for support when truly needed. Basically want nurses to give their all, but management doesn't always have their nurses backs.

Hello, thank you for this feedback, but as we don't have any offices in the U.S. or have traveling nurse positions, we are not sure if this was meant to be for us. If it was indeed for HRN, would you specify where you worked just to ensur we could follow up on the support? We would love to hear from you!
