They have some wonderful people working there that believe they are making a difference. The CEOs have great intentions.

They will WORK YOU TO DEATH. Have you ever heard of heads in the bed? That’s all they care about. If you are almost killed in your workplace, they’ll make you come to work still. If you attempt to bring to light an issue to the top, you’ll be reprimanded. Their internal training is a joke. You’re held accountable for things they haven’t trained you on. ALL THEIR MANAGERS HAVE THE SAME EXACT COMPLAINTS. All their managers are exhausted and plagued with numerous health issues. They have no employee recognition, except for a rotation of nominating you to the Apt Association awards. No holiday functions at all. No internal awards. Stay far away from this company.
