While consulting can have its intense moments, we do not glorify overwork and are actively working with leadership to success manage workloads and billability. Unprofessional behavior is never acceptable, and we strongly encourage reporting through our confidential channels. We currently recognize team members in our monthly meetings, but we hear you, we will encourage managers to improve day-to-day recognition as well. Our salary scales are reviewed every two years against industry benchmarks, and we’re confident they align with the market median.
