Pros
The people, there are genuinely some very hard working and lovey people at HPS. The parties and little touches like Easter eggs and Halloween parties for kids.
Cons
Key resourcing decisions based on personal relationships with senior management and not suitability for the role. Certain accounts have no support or interest from senior management which makes getting a promotion through genuine hard work very difficult, as there are no check ins or KPI reviews for certain team members. Due to big changes with client accounts and no new business wins for a while there’s a lot of uncertainty surrounding the future of HPS.
