Flexible schedule that allows you to stay home under certain circumstances; e.g. sick kids, etc.
Cons
After the company split, everyone was optimistic. Now, many people have already bailed or currently looking for new jobs. Senior leadership is very misguided with little concern or value for employees. Little opportunity for career advancement. You might get a promotion and more responsibility, but you won't get a salary increase. It is normal to be paid below what HP has defined as their own fair pay. The company has completely lost the original values and "HP way".
