Pros
I've been here for about a month so I can't comment on career growth or management politics as I haven't been here long enough to get a proper gauge of that.
But this is such a great company to work for. The work life balance is great. They keep work at work and give you time to enjoy your life. Benefits are good as well. My team members are great and understanding. You're not micro managed. As long as you do your work, you're good. There's no real hierarchy. Organizationally there is. But when actually working, you can work with your manager, or even work straight with the director.
They are currently executing a turnaround strategy. With the moves they've made in recent times, I'd say the first level management is doing a great job by introducing innovative products.
