Overworked, under trained, turnover is ridiculous, management is jaded and has zero clue what they are doing, unorganized, shady business practices.

Pros

- Hope’s mission to “increase access to compassionate care and cultivate healing” is not just talk — it drives every aspect of the organization. - The people here are incredible — kind, mission-driven, and supportive. - Leadership (especially my direct supervisor) is empathetic, flexible, and truly invested in employee growth and wellbeing. - The monthly Wellness Days — a paid Friday off each month — make a real difference in quality of life and work satisfaction! - Excellent benefits for a nonprofit, including retirement. - The work genuinely helps people. I’ve even referred someone personally and seen their life change for the better.

Cons

Like any nonprofit or behavioral health agency, things can move fast and feel a bit hectic — but the mission keeps everyone grounded.

-micro-managed -unhealthy fear-based tactics from leadership -draining work environment- you always feel like you have to watch your back -lack of training and feeling unprepared for position
