      I don't get to go to training very often

      Thank you so much for your review. I would strongly encourage you to talk with your manager about when the most convenient time would be to take advantage of training. There may be a less busy time of the year that would allow you more time to train. Looking forward to seeing you in class!

      Pros

      Lots of growth many good people to work. Bonus at the end of the year if they’re still doing that. Sends you to personal development training on their dime.

      Needs better pay structure for all

      Leadership was good and had great training.

      Cons

      I needed a second job when I worked there. It's just an industry issue with being a mechanic & living near Austin.
