Pros

Wonderful coworkers, incredible projects, I wish I didn’t resign the way I did. I spent two blissful years here.

Cons

Two weeks after I lost my son to a miscarriage, I asked HR for more time off due to grief, instead she asked me if I would rather quit instead. In addition to all the trauma I had already gone through physically and emotionally, I didn’t need this from an employer I thought I could trust. This was really unfortunate and inconsiderate, and no one should have to go through this after losing a baby.
