Poor management: The management is very poor.
Lack of salary or stipend: Salaries are seen as gift rather than a return for time and labour according to company's contract. During 2020 Federal government COVID-19 survival fund scheme, the employer forcefully collected back 50% of fund stipulated to his employees and refuse to pay them for those three months.
Lateness of salaries: When salaries eventually do come, it takes at least 10-20 days late.
Cheap Labour Mentality: The employer pays NGN 15,000 to interns and still deduct 10% tax from it (which is not written in the contract), not only that with a release clause of NGN 3 million if want to leave. Is that not cruel.
Contract Monopoly: He does not return back contract hurriedly signed by employees, instead keeps it to keep you in bound leaving him with the only copy. Which i think is violation of human right.
