Pros
The people at HMY were great - most people were incredibly friendly, helpful if you needed them, and approachable.
Cons
Management never seemed to have a clue what was going on - if the MD came for a wander around the office everyone would shut up like they were scared. Lots of uncertainty, and some incredibly unhappy team members.
