      They do pay well, and have a casual atmosphere

      Cons

      Terrible management. No leadership, no planning. Supervisor will throw you under the bus in a second for their own poor performance.

      Pay is good when on a job, co-workers are great.

      Jobs constantly changing, no pay while not on a job which can lead to long lengths of time without a paycheck
