Pros

- Competitive C&B package - Great opportunities on International Assignment (or just travel abroad) - You perform and can "sell" yourself to management, You get promoted very fast. The only limit is yourself - Very dynamic organization

Cons

- Work life balance does not exist - Need to cascade down policy from top management and actually take action. The direction from top is good but when it comes to down level, it is not implemented - Can be political - Performance Appraisal is based on quota - Performance Appraisal is done long before the discussion between supervisor and employee

Toxic work culture. No real guidelines for the job responsibilities of certain roles. Bad leadership. Low pay for many many meetings
