I would not recommend working here to anyone.Totally toxic environment. If there are any good reviews then that person was pressured to write it to improve their scores. Everyone is afraid of losing their jobs. Their core behaviors are a total joke. Trust working together ? Seriously?
Cons
Everyone thought after Matt Ray retired things would get better but that has not been the case. The new COO has no idea what they are doing and constantly flip flops around on everything. CFO has no idea what he is doing either. They lay people off them wonder why they don't have anyone to get the work done. How smart is that? They spend all their time on time reporting instead of being able to actually get the work done. It is so cumbersome that there is no way you can be accurate. To fix their old broken systems they want you to make the clients pay for it so you have to increase your estimates to gouge the Blue Cross Blue Shield clients would think about that? If they only knew. . Wonder what their compliance department would think about that since they fired a bunch of people who where doing what the COO told them to do.
