      Pros

      Work is generally easy and day to day people are nice.

      Cons

      Every single problem at this agency stems from infighting between the partners. Everyone else is along for the ride. Pay is based on St. Louis standards of living, good luck if you live anywhere else. The work is relatively easy, but not super stimulating, fun or interesting. Fine agency if you are just looking for a paycheck and nothing else.

      Great location, remote option, nice office

      Cons

      Toxic place to work at, horrible leadership, the owners are jerks and do not care about anyone but their company and their demand to over bill all the clients way more hours than you work on. No life balance either.
