      Pros

      Good Learning for pressure vessel. Good learning for 3D software and calculation as well. Shop floor learning is very strong here.

      Cons

      Less salary growth, old employee has their own politics, favouritism is there. Very rough behaviour from seniors. Lots of work load and Pressure.

      Pros

      The work is good, it keep you engaged and you get sound exposure towards design of Pressure vessels

      Cons

      Work culture is difficult, work life balance will be very poor and employees are perpetually made to work under unbearable pressure
