Good But Tough - Staff Consultant HKA Employee Review

Thank you so much for recommending HKA and for sharing your views on HKA. Thank you for saying we have "generally good people, highly mentally engaging work" - that was a wonderful statement to make and I certainly agree with you as HKA does have brilliant people to work with and the client work we are involved in is excellent. I am sorry you had to work long hours and you experienced high stress. I know to deliver to client deadlines we sometimes have to work long hours; although I really hope it is not a regular event. We are growing as a business and therefore having new and more people in our team, will help with the workload. We care very much about our colleagues' mental and physical health and especially during this pandemic. We hope with all of the actions we take we are supporting strong mental and physical health in HKA; as this is our number 1 priority. Our people make the difference; so we are doing all we can to care for them and support them. Thank you for working with us as a former employee/consultant in Chicago.
