long sifts, overtime working but not paid on heigher rate, very late closing, exhausting job, not enough staff to manage the restaurant, not greatfull at all for your hard work, bad staff food, no place where to eat, no time to sleep or to eat or to live normal life, disgusting uniforms, awfull managment
