Pros

Work remote, and peripherals supplied.

Cons

Training is only two weeks, as opposed to a couple of months like other companies. the support you receive once you're "on the floor" is abysmal. They basically guess the answers and give you no back up information so when the customer asks follow up questions you have no answers for them.
