A family based company, everyone gets on well and I find what I do makes a difference.

Doesn't suit everyone, we all pitch in and work well together, it does help if you can think on your feet.

I enjoy coming into work each day and leave feeling productive. The staff are all really friendly and management are fair and supportive. I always feel valued for the work I do and in return I go above and beyond. I've been with the company for many, many years which says something in itself. Because its not a massive firm (a family run business), your opinions always matter and you are treated as a person, not a number. Its a busy company and there is always lots to do which makes the day go quicker.

Working here is more than just a job, everyone cares & takes pride, which may not suit everyone.
