Good money when the work is there

During the slow months I have to pick up side work to make up the difference

there is always work bacouse guys leave all the time

don't know how i get paid or how much i just hope check is good this time. and no one in management explains pay scale they just say o it is hourly plus bonus but thats bs because i work a lot of hours and the math does not add up.
