Nothing at all, but if I had to say anything it would be the ability to work remotely.

Where do I start? When I first joined, the company promised a great experience, but I quickly realized it was a complete disaster. The turnover was incredibly high, and employees were treated as if they were replaceable. On my second day, one of the most experienced employees told me my role was just part of a 'revolving door' and wished me 'good luck,' which turned out to be spot-on. The CEO was rude and disrespectful, and the rest of the leadership team copied his behavior. I went to bed every night feeling anxious and woke up dreading the day ahead. I’d say around 90% of employees were unhappy. Looking back, I’ve blocked this place from my memory because those six months were the worst of my career.
