      easy job once you learn.

      Cons

      they don't value hard work, one of the many reasons why people only work here for a couple of months and then quit when they realize other companies pay more for the job.

      The work is fairly straightforward

      Cons

      The company does not value the individual. Some of the floor workers labour in heat over 120 degrees. They refuse to add in AC or anything better than a fan because it costs too much.
