      Pros

      Get to work with a lot of great people and are able to build things from the ground up if you allow yourself.

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes 80 hours a week. Times where you would stay in the office in 4am. Work is 7 days a week.

      The work is fairly straightforward

      Cons

      The company does not value the individual. Some of the floor workers labour in heat over 120 degrees. They refuse to add in AC or anything better than a fan because it costs too much.
