Was a good company but has no profits and layoff people every two years - Software Engineer HERE Technologies Employee Review

Pathetic senior management. Everything keeps changing too often. No focus on single thing. Managers and senior management have very high attrition. Company lays-off people for no reason and hires at the same time. They did a pay cut with zero hike due to corona..Fine! But just before corona started they were spending a lot on show-off campaigns, HR branding. Millions were spent on useless things. CEO takes only 20 per cent cut showing that he doesn't have confidence in the future of the company. A loss-making company should always follow a lean model of operating but with HERE that has been opposite till now.
