Loooove the team! Everyone is ready to hustle every day and we can all count on each other to brainstorm up new ideas and execute them properly! Everyone has a voice and has the chance to speak up about an idea if they truly believe in it. Great for creative thinkers.
Cons
Working with a 100% remote team is amazing but there are definitely times I wish I could meet with my team in person ( i.e. Christmas parties)

One of the worst experiences I've had working with an agency. When one of the clients decided to do a massive layoff and everyone working with this client got impacted, HELM completely went silent. They ignored meetings, emails, and everything. Not a single word from the CEO, Josh, even though he was CC'd on many of these emails. This agency is good at taking a good portion of your salary when they sign you, but when you need them the most they completely disappear. One of the worst agencies you can work with.
