Pros

- Depending on how leadership feels about you will be left to your own to survive which provides/requires quick on the job (self taught) training - Willing to fit any mold for customers

Cons

- I worked for 2.5 year and when I inquired about an inflation raise during that time I was told I did not deserve one with no reason given. I was only offered a raise (and a promotion) when I put in my two weeks notice - Inconsistent feedback - Leadership plays favorites and not everyone is held to the same standards or rules - Constantly changing company name and values - Leadership is detached from the work and knows little about projects - Mostly male environment where I (female) was called “sassy” when I would voice my opinion or disagree with them - leadership implies that since I am plus sized I am messy and lazy and need to try harder on - No mentorship or help provided - No work life balance travel 80% of the time - Unreliable performance/results with clients

Pros

Tremendous opportunity to grow professionally and personally. You will be pushed past what you think you are capable of. If you work hard and communicate, you will do well here. Relaxed culture. Small company allows for direct lines of communication with leaders in the organization.

Cons

Employee benefits (PTO is great)

Pros

The people. If you want to work with others who are motivated to do the best possible and giving the most effort possible to both better themselves as well as everyone around them, this is the place. It pushes you to challenge yourself. There will be consistent opportunities to be in scenarios that will make you think in a different way than previously. The right answer is hardly easy to find. You can grow at the pace you set for yourself. There is no set amount of time you need to spend performing a specific task. If you want to develop at a pace that hasn't been accomplished before, you can. But you will be tested, concepts are consistently challenges to the deepest levels. Leadership encourages to solve problems even if it isn't directly asked of you. You feel a sense of progress each day. Travel is more than fairly reimbursed with time off.

Cons

Travel can be tiring from time to time.
